Track & Field
The Track & Field season is April and May. Track & Field at RCLS is a co-curricular athletic opportunity. Students in PS-8 train and participate in one or both of the following meets:

Winona Track and Field
RCLS Field Day
RCLS Field Day is a co-curricular event which includes the entire school student body. There are many events that are traditional to track and field and a few specific to RCLS Field Day: jump rope, disc throw (using a frisbee), and triple jump for younger students, which is often referred to as the "frog jump." The final main event is the All School Chapel Family Relay. This school-wide event is held on a Friday in May.
