RCLS operates in partnership with an association of three local LCMS (Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod) churches.
Grace Lutheran
Grace Lutheran Church is set in picturesque Silver Lake Park. Besides being known for Biblical preaching and our music program we excel in youth ministry, joyful worship and hospitality. We offer two services per week: Sunday at 9AM and Wednesday at 6PM.

Holy Cross Lutheran
Holy Cross is the next door neighbor church to RCLS, and we are proud to partner with our school for weekly chapel. We are a contemporary Lutheran church, and we value using creative ways to share the Gospel. Our mission is Helping People Know, Live, and Share, the Love of Christ, and our primary focus is outreach and discipleship as described in the Great Commission. We have a vibrant children’s ministry that includes our Sunday morning Kidz Alive program and our Wednesday night Kids 4 Truth club. Our normal service time is on Sunday morning at 9:30am and we offer a professional livestream of that service at hclc.tv. We are also passionate about serving in the community and encourage families from RCLS to assist with some of our local outreach ministries such as Care Portal and Ruby’s Pantry.

Trinity Lutheran
The mission of Trinity Lutheran Church is “in grateful response to God’s grace and empowered by the Holy Spirit through word and sacrament, the mission of Trinity Lutheran Church is to vigorously share the love of Christ by word and deed within our church, school, community, and the world.” Founded in 1867, Trinity is the “mother church” of LCMS congregations in Rochester. Trinity has been committed to Christian Education virtually since its inception, having started Trinity Lutheran School in 1875. Trinity has continued to make Trinity Lutheran School/Rochester Central Lutheran School a major component of its ministry for 135 years. In addition, being a downtown church, Trinity seeks to serve Mayo Clinic staff and clients with spiritual and physical support. A wide variety of worship formats and times are available at Trinity, and visitors are always welcome.
