3 Ways to Visit
In-person Tour: Submit an inquiry above to schedule a tour at your convenience.
Remote Meeting: If you'd like to meet remotely, kindly indicate this preference on the inquiry form.
Special Events: Registration for Open House is recommended. Registration for Kindergarten Preview & Shadow Day is required.
No registration is required for Walk-in Wednesday tours. You are welcome to visit campus between 9-11 am. Please allow 45 minutes for a walk-in tour.
Shadow Day, Grades 6-8
Students who will be in grades 6-8 in 2024-25 are invited to join us for a Shadow Day. A prospective student will be paired with an RCLS peer, who will welcome visitors to experience an RCLS morning as they rotate through Math, Science, English, History, and/or specials classes. Individual shadow days may be arranged through the Enrollment Office.
Who: Prospective 6th-8th grade students
Where: RCLS, 2619 9th Ave. NW
When: March 1, 2024 - 9am-Noon
Registration is required and will open in Feb 2024.
Kindergarten Preview
Students who will be in Kindergarten in 24-25 are invited to join us for a Kindergarten morning. A prospective student and his/her parent will join a Kindergarten class for a 50-minute activity and lesson in the classroom. Students and parents will then join RCLS Principal and Enrollment Director in the Clubhouse for a morning snack and a time to find answers to questions.
Registration is required.
23-24 Enrollment
Early Admissions (Nov-Jan) & Re-enrollment: No enrollment fee
Nov 15, 2023: Early Admissions opens for the 24-25 school year for all grades.
Jan 2024: Re-enrollment for returning families and limited early enrollment acceptance offers extended where we know we have space available.
Open Enrollment
Feb 1-2, 2024: Enrollment decisions for additional Early Admissions applicants will be made after the re-enrollment of current RCLS families is completed on January 31, 2024.
Feb 2 and Beyond: Enrollment is open as space allows.
