Enrollment Process

Welcome to RCLS!

Step 1

We welcome you to visit RCLS in one or more of three ways:

1. Attend a WELCOME EVENT (Open House or Kindergarten Preview).

See a listing of upcoming Welcome Events.

2. Schedule a TOUR.

Call or email the school to schedule a tour at a time that is convenient for you.

3. Schedule a time for your student to SHADOW another student.

We welcome older elementary and middle school students to spend part of a school day at RCLS. For more information, please contact us.

Step 2

Open enrollment begins in mid-January for the following school year. The school Principal or Enrollment Director will meet with parent(s) to discuss and explain RCLS’s program. Kindergarten students must be screened prior to acceptance. Screening is done by the local school district and parents are asked to release the results to RCLS.

Families wanting to enroll for the current school year may do so by emailing

After parents have met with the admissions team, students may register here:

Enroll now

When you first enter the site, you’ll be asked to create an account. Once the account has been created, you will be led through the steps to enroll and an enrollment agreement will be created for each student. A $150 registration fee per student ($300/max per family) is required for admission to RCLS.

Upon your acceptance of the enrollment agreement, the registration fee will be drafted from your bank account or charged to your credit card.

We do offer Variable Tuition to qualifying families. K-8 families that have completed enrollment may then complete the tuition assistance application via TADS. Notification of financial awards will be mailed to families by early May.

Step 3

Your tuition contract will be emailed to you the first week of May.

Accept the contract and look forward to the peace of mind of having your child in a school where he/she belongs! You have found the right place for your child, and we are honored to partner with you in the important work of establishing a foundation for life and learning.
