When: April 23 (Grades 4-8) and April 24 (Preschool- Grade 3)

What: What is a VIP you may be wondering? Well, this is any person your student feels is important to them. This could be a grandparent, parent, pastor, coach, or friend who play a special role in your child’s life. We love our VIPs and always look forward to this tradition. 

School is dismissed at NOON Friday, April 24. There will be no busing and no Clubhouse or Post that day. We want our students to be able to spend the afternoon with his/her VIP, as well.

Our VIP Days will be split into two groups. Please be sure to note the time differences on these days.

Schedule for Thursday April 23 (Grades 4-8):

12:15-12:35 pm - VIP social time and registration in the RCLS Gym (note school doors will NOT open before 12:15pm to our VIP's due to lunch traffic in the building) 

12:40-1:00 pm - Music and Welcome in the RCLS Gym for the VIPs

1:00 -2:15 pm - VIPs visit RCLS Grades 4-8 classrooms

2:30 -3 pm - Chapel for Students in Grades 4-8 and VIP's in the RCLS Gym 

**After Chapel students will return to their homerooms and VIPs will remain in the gym. After students have left the gym, VIPs are able to pick up students by going outside to get them from carline. Students will NOT be released from Chapel.**

Normal dismissal will happen for ALL students. There will still be Clubhouse, Post and afternoon busing on Thursday, April 24.

9:40-10:00 am - Music and Welcome in the RCLS Gym for the VIPs

10:00-11:15 am - VIPs visit RCLS Preschool-3rd grade classrooms

11:15 -11:45 am - Chapel for Students in Preschool-3rd grade and VIP's in the RCLS Gym

**After Chapel students will return to their homerooms, and VIPs will remain in the gym. After students have left the gym, VIPs are able to pick up students by going outside to the carline. Students will NOT be released from Chapel.**

12:00 pm - Students dismissed; NO BUSSING, NO CLUBHOUSE/POST

Please register your child’s VIPs by midnight on Wednesday, April 15. Please register online at our VIP Page. Last time we were able to host VIP day, we had more than 400 VIPs. We hope for a full house, again, but we would love to plan for those that will attend.
