All of our sports programs are designed to develop body, mind, and spirit!
At RCLS, all our our programs point to Christ and what He has done for us. We try to make the most of our God-given abilities to give glory to Him.
RCLS is the only school in the area to offer so many opportunities for young people to develop thier talents--check out what God is doing through our students!
7th and 8th grade students are able to participate in ALL available activities if they choose. Schedules are built so that students have a maximum opportunity for participation!

Basketball
Basketball is open to boys and girls in grades 5 through 8. RCLS offers a boys' and a girls' team at each level. We play Lutheran and Catholic schools in the area.
Our 7-8th teams participate in tournaments in Faribault, New Ulm, and at RCLS. God-willing, our teams also participate in the Lutheran Schools State Tournament held the 4th weekend in February. Last year, our girls' team won the consolation trophy. We also were able to go to the National Tournament in Valparaiso, IN for the first time in girls' basketball history!
Contact Mr. Aaron Rudzinski Coach Rudzinski (head boys' coach) for more information.
Cheerleading
Cheerleaders come from grades 7 and 8, and do stunts, cheers, and dance routines.
Softball
Softball is a spring sport which gives a large number of students another opportunity to develop thier bodies and faith at the same time!
Softball is a co-ed sport for 7-8th graders during April and the first week of May. Students of all abilities are welcome to participate!
