Rochester Regional Science Fair

The following information and forms are for those students participating in the Rochester Regional Science Fair.  This is only open to 8th grade students.  The dates of the Fair are Thursday, Feb. 19- Friday, Feb. 20.  A tentative schedule has already been posted.

Human Subject Form    Form to be completed if project involves a human subject.  One form needs to be completed for each human subject.

Vertebrate Animal Form 5A & 5B   Form to be completed for any research and projects involving vertebrate animals.
