I'm a Concordia St. Paul graduate beginning my 34rd year of teaching at RCLS. I've taught mostly 4th grade including preschool story time and 7-9th English and Literature.

Dave and I met at Concordia and will be married 40 years this school year. Dave owns the hair den here in Rochester and is an avid outdoors man.

Our daughters are both Concordia Seward graduates. Davina is married to Shawn Ethridge who is a pastor near Alexandria in Garfield. Our grandchildren, Rachael 7, Hannah 4 1/2 and Caleb 3, attend Zion Lutheran in Alex. Davina teaches physics at Alex tech, volunteers at Lutheran Island camp etc. Dawn teaches K. and dance at St. Peter's Lutheran School in Edina.

My Confirmation verse is one of my favorite Bible quotes: "The Lord is my light and my salvation-whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life-of whom shall I be afraid?" Psalm 27:1.

I love traveling, gardening, reading, boating, knitting/crocheting and baking.

I feel blessed to be teaching the children at our school and am thankful for the loving support and prayers of our parents. We daily strive to be Helping Everyone Reach Out to know, love and serve our Jesus.
