Each fall and spring, RCLS administers the NWEA standardized test. The NWEA offers standardized norms, but this test has an advantage in that it allows teachers to map an individual student’s progress.
RCLS students regularly score well on the NWEA.
In spring 2017, for example, 87% of RCLS 8th grade earned average or higher (67% above) scores for the grade level in math.
In reading, 91% of 8th grade students scored average or above (69% above).
