Current Openings

Currently we are seeking to fill some important positions in our school. We would be grateful for your consideration of these positions––for yourself or for another who would make a great addition to our school community. Note that some of these positions come with a generous benefit of a tuition discount. Facilities Manager
RCLS has an opening for a full-time Facilities Manager. This is a 1.0 FTE position with a full benefit package. To see job details please click HERE.

Office Receptionist 
RCLS has an opening for a full-time Office Receptionist. This is a school year position, meaning that they would work while school is in session. This position is benefits eligible. To see job details, click HERE. 

Clubhouse Aide
RCLS has openings for part time Clubhouse Aides. This is a part time position that takes place during non-school hours. To see job details please click HERE. 

Teacher
RCLS has openings for full time and part time teachers for the 2024-25 school year.  These positions will range from a 0.4-1.0 FTE and some positions will have the ability to have a benefit package.  A MN Teaching License is preferred. To see job details please click HERE.

Food Service Worker
RCLS has openings for part-time Food Service Workers. This is a school year position that takes place Monday-Friday from 9am-1pm on school days. Duties include supporting meal preparation, serving, and clean-up in the school’s nutrition program. To see job details please click HERE. 

Custodian
RCLS has an opening for a part-time Custodian. This is a part-time position through the whole year, that takes place Monday-Friday, ranging from 2-7pm. Duties include removing trash, cleaning, disinfecting, restocking, sweeping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors in bathrooms, classrooms, and office areas; conducting set-up of tables and chairs when requested; and conducting security checks of the building. The ideal candidate will have experience in the careful and thorough cleaning of facilities. To see job details please click HERE. 

Paraprofessional
RCLS has an opening for a full-time Paraprofessional in our Stepping Stones program for the 2024-25 school year.  This position will be a 1.0 FTE position with a full benefit package. To see job details please click HERE.
 

*Part-time positions may be combined for a total of a 1.0 full-time position, with assigned work hours that can vary. The full-time employee is eligible for benefits, including insurance and a tuition reduction. Part-time employees could be eligible for a corresponding portion of the tuition benefit.
