Adult Christian Ministry Opportunities

We at RCLS believe the desire and ability to serve is a gift from God. “We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If a man’s gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith. If it is serving, let him serve.” Romans 12:6-7. If your gift is service, RCLS has many volunteer opportunities available for you! Volunteers are very important at RCLS, and we truly appreciate each and every volunteer who helps make RCLS a successful and affordable educational ministry through their volunteer efforts. Listed below are some of the many opportunities for volunteers. If you feel you have a talent to share with RCLS that is not listed, please share your ideas and gifts with us!

Strategic Ministry Plan

RCLS is committed to serving families in Rochester and the surrounding communities with a faith-based education. To assist with the continued success of the RCLS education and ministry the school formed an ad hoc marketing committee during the 2016-17 school year to research best practices in communication and marketing. Upon the recommendation of this committee the RCLS Board of Directors established a new position entitled, Enrollment Director. The Enrollment Director will work to build strong relationships with our families and community members. Strong relationships will help RCLS build strong supporters both spiritually and financially, and spread the word about RCLS and the opportunity it offers.
